Compensation:
$28.50/hour
Seasonal bonuses are available.
Position Summary
Oversee the Front Office team to guarantee exceptional service for owners and guests.
Actively engage with owners and guests, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests through established processes to resolve issues and enhance their experience.
Manage front desk personnel to ensure comprehensive coverage and timely service, meeting the needs of owners and guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
Handle all owner and guest check-ins, confirming reservations and room assignments. Process various payment methods, including room charges, cash, checks, and credit/debit cards. Collaborate with Housekeeping to monitor room readiness for check-in. Anticipate and respond to service needs of owners and guests.Assist management with recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching of staff; act as a role model and primary contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.
Key Responsibilities
Report incidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures; maintain a clean and professional appearance; ensure confidentiality of proprietary information.
Anticipate and address service needs of guests.Communicate effectively using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately; answer phones with appropriate etiquette.
Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues. Ensure compliance with quality standards and expectations.
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
