We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales/Project Manager to join our team in the Lakeshore region, based out of our Kaukauna, WI office. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, preferably in the construction industry, and be connected in the community.

This is a full-time employment opportunity with limitless earning potential and a highly competitive benefits package, including commissions and ownership in our employee-owned company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presentation and Sales: Present and sell company services to current and potential clients, creating a strong relationship and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain a list of potential clients and industries to target for new business opportunities.
  • Subcontractor Management: Evaluate and select subcontractors for work to be performed, and establish partnerships with new subcontractors to expand our network.
  • Proposal Development: Review and develop design/build proposals for clients, including scope of work for all subcontracting trades.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from lead generation to completion, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management or a related field (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry and/or sales
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to read blueprints
