As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects, estimating costs, and ensuring successful project completion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Conduct accurate estimations of project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to develop project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
**Requirements:**
