The BODYBAR Pilates Studio Manager is responsible for driving sales and membership growth through effective management of studio staff and operations. This role requires a sales and management professional with a passion for fitness and wellness.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and execute the BODYBAR sales process to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and staff to drive retention and referrals
- Self-generate leads through grassroots marketing, partnerships, and member referrals
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Coordinate with retail vendors to ensure high-quality products and brand standards
- Enforce all policies and procedures to maintain a positive and safe studio environment
- 2+ years of retail, service, or fitness sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Passionate about fitness and wellness
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
