Job Overview

Minuteman Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Architect to lead the design and development of cutting-edge hardware solutions. As a key member of our Cyber Systems and Operations team, you will be responsible for driving the development of operational prototypes that address mission-critical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop digital systems, including FPGA-based solutions, utilizing modern tools and processes.
  • Lead the development of embedded systems, leveraging VHDL/Verilog, Python, and C programming languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software components.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, plus 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience with Xilinx FPGA tool flow, Quartus, and Matlab HDL Coder.
  • Strong understanding of digital system design, embedded systems development, and software development principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • US Citizenship and Active Top-Secret Clearance required due to the nature of the work.
