Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ELA Interventionist to join our team at North Panola School District. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing targeted reading support to students in need, working closely with classroom teachers to ensure students meet reading standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized and small-group reading instruction to students identified as requiring additional support.
  • Use data-driven instruction to inform lesson planning and ensure student progress towards reading standards.
  • Develop and implement research-based reading programs to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of student progress and program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with teachers and administrators to implement district policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid Mississippi teaching license.
  • Strong knowledge of reading instruction and assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and administrators.
Working Conditions
