About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to join our team at WellBe Senior Medical. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading our home-based medical care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary leadership for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in assigned geography
  • Develop and maintain good working knowledge and expertise of all key clinical areas to support high-quality patient care
  • Provide input for operational and clinical improvements
  • Analyze data, determine trends, and formulate action plans to address areas of need
  • Execute key program goals and focuses on KPIs for their geography
  • Recruit, hire, orient, and evaluate new staff positions to meet WellBe and patient needs
Requirements
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license with completed certification in areas of Family, Adult, or Adult/Gero
  • Master's Degree or higher
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of direct people leadership/management experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of NP or related nursing work experience
  • Previous experience in home care, hospice, palliative care, or geriatrics strongly preferred
