Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the Women's Care Center. As a key member of our care team, you will provide direct, evidence-based care to patients, assist with procedures and monitoring, and document patient care in a timely and thorough manner.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by performing delegated basic patient care services.
- Collaborate with the RN and other members of the care team to provide individualized, comprehensive care consistent with the scope and standards of the specialty.
- Provide direct, evidence-based care to patients as directed by the physician or RN.
- Assist with procedures, monitoring, or other functions as directed.
- Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Serve as a resource to department staff, students, and volunteers to help deliver quality patient care.
