About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform nuclear medicine imaging and therapeutic procedures, utilizing a variety of cameras and equipment.
  • Receive and prepare radioactive materials, maintaining accurate radiation records.
  • Rotate through the hot lab area, performing tasks as assigned.
  • Utilize established radiation safety techniques and equipment.
  • Perform related duties, including scheduling, charging exams, and taking emergency after-hours calls.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-accredited nuclear school of medicine or an accredited school of radiologic technology.
  • Current license with the State of Texas, ARRT, and/or NMTCB license.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • 1 year of previous experience in a hospital environment preferred.
