About the RoleThe Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Trainer position at R&D Partners offers an exciting opportunity to join our team of experts in scientific staffing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for manufacturing technicians in the autologous cell therapy manufacturing program.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year.


Main Responsibilities
  1. You will present and deliver content to manufacturing technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  2. Work closely with management to align manufacturing processes with technical training, guaranteeing consistency across the board.
  3. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to training scripts, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
  4. Draft SOPs, Batch Records, Deviations, CAPAs, and other documents, making revisions as needed to maintain accuracy.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in biopharmaceutical based GMP manufacturing operations, including cell culture experience.
  • A combination of education and experience can be considered as a suitable substitute for the specified requirements.
  • Mandatory knowledge of aseptic processing in cleanroom environments.
  • Hands-on experience with in-lab skills training, including aseptic technique, cell culture processing, and qualification.
  • Leadership experience in training, coaching, mentoring, and learning initiatives.
  • Familiarity with LIMS/MES systems and working knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
