Customer Service Analyst II Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Analyst II to join our team. As a Customer Service Analyst II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including commercial driver license holders, law enforcement agencies, and other government agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service to commercial driver license holders, law enforcement agencies, and other government agencies via phone, email, and in-person.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Research and resolve complex issues related to commercial driver licenses and PDPS.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of commercial driver license laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to commercial driver license laws and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of commercial driver license laws and regulations preferred.
