As a Service Advisor II, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to greet customers, assist with inquiries, and perform vehicle inspections to diagnose and service vehicles. You will also be responsible for documenting repair orders, communicating with technicians, and keeping customers informed of completion times and service expenses.

Responsibilities:

* Greet customers and assist with inquiries
* Perform vehicle inspections and document customer concerns
* Document repair orders and communicate with technicians
* Keep customers informed of completion times and service expenses
* Perform opening and closing procedures and bi-weekly timekeeping procedures
* Follow all safety protocols and established procedures

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of sales experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer software
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to identify issues and offer resolutions to customer automobile repair needs
* Must have initiative and the ability to work in a team-environment or independently
