Job Summary:

FULL-TIME RN-BSN SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Department: Nursing

Supervisor: Director, School of Nursing

Objective: This role is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for the RN-BSN program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates various assigned activities.
  • Responds to inquiries from RN-BSN leadership, students, faculty, and staff.
  • Maintains schedules and appointment records for faculty.
  • Coordinates faculty scheduling with program leadership.
  • Assists in managing student records in collaboration with program leadership and advisors.
  • Monitors accreditation requirements and prepares necessary reports.
  • Collaborates with relevant campus offices.
  • Participates in assigned committees within the School of Nursing.
  • Organizes meetings as requested by program leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365.
  • Experience in creating and managing spreadsheets.
  • Able to adapt to new technologies, including SMART Sheets.
  • Exemplary time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities for effective communication.
  • Prior experience in a support or office management role is preferred.
