We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at NICE. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining product requirements, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Definition: Define detailed product requirements in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, R&D teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of products that meet business requirements.
  • Project Management: Track project progress, coordinate project launches, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and other internal teams, to ensure their needs are met.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance product delivery and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, software development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with cloud delivery, large-scale software systems, and graph databases.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong business acumen.
