Job Description

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 24-unit apartment community, Salt Creek Apartments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and property management, with experience in marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, and preparing reports.

This is a part-time position, Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm, with 20 hours of contracted work per week. The Property Manager will be required to live on-site, with a 30% monthly discount on rent.

Additional benefits include a monthly $50 cell phone stipend and eligibility for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day property operations, including marketing and maintaining property integrity
  • Screen prospective residents and collect rents
  • Prepare reports and agreements
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Two years of previous customer service experience
  • Two years of previous property management experience
  • Previous experience with Entrata Property Management Software
  • Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
  • Available for after-hours emergencies
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • A current valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
