Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at CRMG. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties, including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of our properties, including marketing and leasing efforts.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, including repairs and renovations.
- Screen and select prospective residents, and negotiate lease agreements.
- Collect rents and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Develop and maintain reports and records, including financial statements and property condition reports.
- Prepare and serve notices, including eviction notices and lease terminations.
- Two (2) years of previous customer service experience.
- Two (2) years of previous property management experience.
- Previous experience with property management software, including Entrata.
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
- Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks, including collecting rent and preparing reports.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail.
- Available for after-hours emergencies.
- Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.

Benefits- Competitive hourly rate of $22-$24.
- Part-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm.
- 20 hours per week.
- 30% discount on rent for on-site living.
- Monthly cell phone stipend of $50.
- Eligibility for benefits, including dental, vision, and life insurance, after 30 days of employment.
- 401(k) program with employer match after 90 days of employment.
