About the Finance Division:
The Finance division is responsible for delivering timely, precise, and relevant financial information and analysis to satisfy both internal and external reporting obligations. Our efforts are directed towards maximizing the sustainable performance of the bank across its various sectors.

Our diverse teams offer a wide array of capabilities, ensuring that our internal and external stakeholders are effectively supported by aligned teams (Group Finance), specialized functions (Group Tax, Treasury, Planning and Performance Management, Investor Relations, Chief Accounting Office), and change facilitators (Finance Change). Together, we manage all financial aspects for Deutsche Bank on a global scale.

Role Description:
This program consists of multiple rotations through various Finance areas, each providing insights into distinct core responsibilities. The program begins with an intensive overview of our operations, after which you will take ownership of specific deliverables within your team during the first rotation. Throughout this experience, you will gain an understanding of our culture, methodologies, and systems by collaborating with a diverse range of colleagues to deliver accurate financial results and insights. You will learn from industry leaders, grow both professionally and personally, and establish a solid foundation for a successful career.

Potential Finance Activities:
During your rotations, you may engage in activities such as financial and regulatory reporting, treasury and liquidity reporting, maintaining the firm's official financial records, and participating in related special projects.

Candidate Profile:
We seek intelligent and adaptable individuals with excellent communication skills, who come from various academic backgrounds. While strong numeracy skills are essential for certain roles, a formal mathematical or financial background is not mandatory. Our extensive training programs will equip you with the technical knowledge required to build a successful career with us.

Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for the Graduate Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Complete all academic requirements for graduation.
  • Be available for full-time employment.
  • Have no more than 12 months of relevant full-time work experience.
