- Assist medical staff with examination and treatment of patients, including administering injections and treatments.
- Anticipate patient needs and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
- Participate in training and skill development of new personnel, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Float to other areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- High school graduate or equivalent, with completion of a Medical Assistant program from an accredited school or training program.
- State certification and EPIC experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and respectfully with patients and medical staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
