  • Participate in training and skill development of new personnel, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Float to other areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with completion of a Medical Assistant program from an accredited school or training program.
  • State certification and EPIC experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and respectfully with patients and medical staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
