Job Title: Waterworks Inside SalesJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Waterworks Inside Sales professional to join our team at Industrial Threaded Products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the fastener industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with ERP systems, including Epicor P21
  • Knowledge of the Waterworks industry and market trends
