- Partnerships and Collaboration: Partner with the Integrated Warehouse and Distribution team to identify opportunities for substantial change and support the team throughout implementation.
- Innovation and Digital Solutions: Introduce efficient ways of working by exploring automated and digital solutions and collaborating with global data analytics and operational excellence teams.
- Global Operational Excellence Network: Support the development of a global operational excellence network for ISC SRC and partner with OpEx team members across the globe.
- Continuous Improvement Tools: Support the implementation and maintenance of continuous improvement tools in different areas of the business and capacitate team members to lead.
- OpEx Assessment: Support the execution of OpEx Assessment in the organization to determine Operational Excellence Maturity and develop action plans.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with data analysts to develop models to identify key areas of improvement and develop proposals including benefits, risks, and ROI to achieve leadership buy-in.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Skills: Ability to deliver accurate, analytical, and process-driven work; comfortable analyzing and interpreting large data sets, shaping analytical toolsets, and translating into business cases.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Management).
- Certifications: Green Belt Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Advanced certified; Black Belt preferred; PMP certification highly preferred.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience focusing on productivity savings identification, planning, and execution, and End-to-End view of value chain efficiency and effectiveness (experience in the medical devices industry preferred).
- Health Systems Industry Experience: In-depth experience in the Health Systems industry, order fulfillment, and supply chain operations (e.g., distribution, fulfillment, demand planning, inventory management).
