Cardiac ICU Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiac ICU Nurse to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent in Indiana. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in our high-acuity ICU step down unit, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to provide well-coordinated patient care, prioritizing the needs of each patient.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to the next level of care.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing required prior to hire date.
