Wireless Sales Representative

As a Mobile Associate at KCI Wireless, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales within our T-Mobile locations. Our Mobile Associates are encouraged to bring their unique personality to fulfill the T-Mobile experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide optimal solutions to customer needs through thorough product and service brand knowledge.
- Sales Performance: Surpass minimum sales expectations by attracting new customers, identifying revenue opportunities, and recommending personalized technology choices.
- Brand Exposure: Spread brand awareness through community outreach, social media marketing, and outbound calling.
- Technical Expertise: Educate customers on the best technology choices and simplify the wireless experience to maximize customer understanding.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain attention to detail when completing transactions and paperwork, and exercise compassion in all customer interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Foster partnerships with colleagues to support store synergy and assist with opening, closing, and operating duties.
- Customer Service Advocate: Passionate about providing unparalleled customer service.
- Competitive Spirit: Driven to surpass sales potential and achieve excellence.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, with wireless retail experience preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability: Willing to work weekends, holidays, and have a valid driver's license.
- Total Compensation Package: Performance-based package consisting of $10/hr base rate, commission, and accelerator bonuses.
- All-in Compensation: Potential to earn up to $20+/hr, with up to 4 different compensation payouts per month.
