Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking an entry-level candidate with excellent customer service skills to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have basic computer knowledge and a customer service background or experience in a related position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service to insureds, agents, and CSRs across the state of Tennessee.
  • Process billing transactions, assist with questions and concerns regarding insurance policies, and fulfill change requests.
  • Analyze billing, collect payments, and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern.
  • Answer general underwriting questions.
  • Efficiently direct calls and/or locate answers to procedures.
  • Keep records of customers' interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer service software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
