Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative will provide professional customer service to insureds, agents and CSRs across the state of Tennessee. A CSR will process billing transactions, assist with questions and concerns regarding insurance policies, and fulfill change request.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze billing, collect payments, and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern
  • Answer general underwriting questions
  • Efficiently direct calls and/or locate answers to procedures
  • Keep records of customers interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Hours: Training will be 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Once training is complete, hours may be adjusted.
