Paralegal Specialist

JobsRUs is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal Specialist to join our corporate legal department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our litigation attorneys and assisting with various legal tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records of legal correspondence, documents, and deadlines.
- Assist with the preparation of discovery requests and responses, as well as the management of discovery materials.
- Update and maintain litigation spreadsheets and databases to ensure accurate tracking of cases and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication of legal matters.
- Perform research and provide analysis on various legal topics, including regulatory compliance and dockets.
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Provide administrative support to the litigation team, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
- 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate legal department or law firm.
- Certificate of paralegal studies or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
