Your Role:
As a key player in our organization, you will:

  • Exhibit outstanding customer service capabilities.
  • Assist in formulating monthly financial reports and annual budgets alongside the Branch Manager.
  • Learn to leverage internal analytics tools to enhance branch financial outcomes.
  • Facilitate collaboration among various branch departments to boost efficiency.
  • Support management in addressing personnel issues as required.
  • Oversee facility assessments, inventory management, and fleet readiness.
  • Promote a safe working environment by aiding the Branch Manager in compliance audits and safety training.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • The willingness to relocate to a branch management position within your designated area.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business management.
  • Experience in profit and loss management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
