Job Title: Field Services Account Manager

Clean Harbors is seeking a highly skilled Field Services Account Manager to join our Environmental Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities at existing accounts and new customers within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that Health and Safety is the top priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
  • Business Development: Identify, hunt, and close net new business opportunities at existing customers.
  • Account Management: Develop and deepen relationships with high-value customers in your assigned territory to gain dominant market share and expand customer wallet share.
  • Sales Strategy: Identify and map white space in all owned accounts, penetrate areas to grow business at existing customers, and identify, hunt, and close business with new customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and advance relationships with internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver program goals that maximize profitable revenue.
  • Sales Performance: Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives, complete annual Sales Revenue Budget, and manage and control Sales expenses.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in high-level sales development and management or combination of relevant experience in the industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and closing deals, and building a business.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrated tact, discretion, and sound business judgment, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
