About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Development Manager to join our team in Indianapolis. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans for our clients, supervising staff, and mentoring colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our clients, utilizing assessments and advanced technology to measure outcomes and ensure maximum results.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Mentorship: Act as a Responsible Supervisor for BCBA Trainees, providing individualized mentorship and coaching to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for parents, professionals, and staff, helping to promote staff retention and development within the organization.
- Clinical Operations: Assist with regional or company-wide clinical projects, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies.
- Client Communication: Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and staff about client needs and progress, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Requirements
- Certification: Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, outstanding responsiveness and operational skills, and ability to drive from client to client and to leadership meetings.
