  • Maintain cleanliness of the dish machine and ensure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Handle tableware with care to avoid breakage and loss.
  • Perform effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays is required.
  • Be prepared to assist in various capacities to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
