Sales and Service Professional

This is a full-time entry to mid-level retail sales position focusing on wireless, TV, and internet products in the communications and entertainment technology space.
As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals, ensuring a great customer experience, educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations, being a team player, and maintaining strong knowledge of all TV, internet, and wireless products, pricing plans, promotions, and service features for Spectrum and its competitors.

- Standing for prolonged periods of time
- Wearing a required uniform
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
- Sales Experience: 1 - 5 years
- Knowledge of latest technology and devices
- Commissioned sales experience
- Retail sales or wireless sales
- Valid driver's license
The estimated salary range for this role is $18.00-$58,000 per year, depending on performance and location.
