Client Engagement:

Ensure all team members effectively utilize their client books to boost sales through regular reviews and outreach evaluations.
Guarantee compliance with client engagement standards and the thank-you note initiative.
Oversee the completion of the sales training program by all associates.
Leadership and Talent Development:
Assist the Store Leader in achieving financial objectives by improving measurable outcomes that positively influence store performance.
Step into the Store Leader role during their absence, exemplifying personal sales achievements.
Educate the team on sales strategies, personal objectives, and performance metrics to maximize business outcomes.
Network within the community to efficiently fill open positions with minimal disruption to operations.
Conduct ongoing assessments of employee performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Brand Representation:
Communicate the Tapestry brand ethos and aesthetic to both the sales team and customers.
Ensure adherence to brand and operational standards to maintain consistency.
Implement visual merchandising directives and uphold store presentation standards.
Relay merchandise performance, stock levels, and customer feedback to the Store Leader to enhance service and sales.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the premises.
Assist in managing payroll budgets by adjusting schedules as necessary based on business needs.
Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention to safeguard inventory and assets.
Ensure accurate processing of all point-of-sale transactions to maintain inventory integrity.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of management experience in a retail setting.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Experience in luxury goods is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and professional sales skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
- The ability to analyze sales reports, identify trends, and respond swiftly to business needs.
- Comfort in decision-making and conflict resolution within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Physical Requirements:
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Comfort with climbing ladders as needed.
