Bilingual Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at RSR - Frontier. As a key member of our Consumer Direct Sales organization, you will be responsible for prospecting customers through door-to-door solicitation, analyzing customer needs, and delivering personalized sales proposals.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new residential customers from assigned leads and territories through door-to-door solicitation, outbound calling, and lead follow-up.
- Analyze customer needs and develop personalized sales proposals to meet their requirements.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and complete training programs to enhance sales skills.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas and complete administrative tasks related to products sold.
- Stay informed about competitors' activities in the assigned territory and report any changes to the manager.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to travel to and from assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle.
- Familiarity with computer operating systems, software applications, and communication devices.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to maximize customer contact.
- Strong English language comprehension (spoken and written).
- Previous success in sales, prospecting, or cold calling, with 6 months+ of direct sales experience.
- Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services, particularly fixed telecommunications services such as cable, fiber, or fixed-wireless access.
We offer a competitive pay package with expected earnings of around $95,000, with an annual upside of over $200,000.
