Bilingual Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Outside Sales Representative to join our team at RSR - Frontier. As a key member of our Consumer Direct Sales organization, you will play a critical role in connecting communities to our blazing-fast broadband connectivity.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new residential customers through door-to-door solicitation, outbound calling, and lead follow-up. You will analyze customer needs, develop personalized sales proposals, and achieve monthly sales quotas. If you have a strong sense of independence, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Acquire new residential customers from assigned leads and territories
- Analyze customer needs and develop personalized sales proposals
- Achieve monthly sales quotas
- Complete administrative tasks related to products sold
- Stay informed about competitors' activities in the assigned territory
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record
- Ability to travel to and from assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle
- Familiarity with computer operating systems, software applications, and communication devices
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Previous success in sales, prospecting, or cold calling
- Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services
At RSR - Frontier, we offer a competitive pay package with expected earnings of around $95,000, with an annual upside of over $200,000.
