PMAT is in search of a Business Development Associate to play a pivotal role in our expanding operations. This position is essential for discovering new business avenues, nurturing client partnerships, and aiding in the execution of our strategic growth initiatives. Operating remotely, you will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and various teams to ensure our business objectives are met and to propel the success of the company.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-driven team member who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to contributing directly to the growth and prosperity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis remotely to pinpoint and assess potential clients and business prospects within the defense and government sectors. Assist the Chief Growth Officer in crafting and executing business development strategies that resonate with PMAT's objectives.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients through virtual interactions, ensuring exceptional levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and other essential business development documents. Maintain and update client and prospect information within the CRM system.
  • Evaluate sales data to refine and enhance business strategies, ensuring effective targeting of key opportunities.
  • Organize and facilitate virtual business development events, including webinars and online conferences.
  • Engage in cross-departmental initiatives to advance PMAT's overarching growth strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for engaging effectively with clients and colleagues in a remote setting.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a virtual work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a keen interest in business development and growth strategies.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is advantageous but not mandatory.
