PMAT is on the lookout for a Business Development Associate to play a pivotal role in our expanding operations. As a remote contributor, you will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and various teams to ensure our business goals are met and to enhance the overall success of the company.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, enthusiastic team member who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to playing a significant role in the growth and prosperity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis remotely to identify and assess potential clients and business prospects within the defense and government sectors. Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer to formulate and execute business development strategies that align with PMAT's objectives.
  • Establish and sustain relationships with both new and existing clients through virtual communication, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and other essential business development documentation. Maintain and update client and prospect records in the CRM system.
  • Analyze sales metrics to inform and enhance business strategies, ensuring effective targeting of key opportunities.
  • Coordinate and support virtual business development initiatives, including webinars and online conferences.
  • Engage in cross-departmental projects to advance PMAT's comprehensive growth strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues in a remote setting.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote work context.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-driven and eager to learn, with a keen interest in business development and growth strategies.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is advantageous but not mandatory.
