Product Development Manager

Aditi Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to lead the development of new electrohydraulic steering control systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrohydraulic systems and their application in heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product development process from initial concept to product launch.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that product development aligns with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee the creation of technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials for new products.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that timelines and budgetary constraints are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree (Bachelor's degree is sufficient).
  • 4 years of experience in product development in automotive or industrial sectors, with experience working on electrical components.
  • Strong understanding of electrohydraulic systems and their application in heavy machinery.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with CAT products.
  • Experience with subsystems.
  • Agile product development experience.
