Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with experience in major hotel brands such as IHG, Hilton, Marriott, or Choice. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, supporting the sales team, and collaborating with various departments for timely product or service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales activities and processes to ensure smooth operations
  • Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries, providing administrative support as needed
  • Collaborate with various departments to deliver products or services in a timely manner
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience in B2B sales, both outside and inside sales preferred
  • Knowledge of sales management and business development principles
  • Experience in a major hotel brand as a Guest Service Representative or Sales Admin
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Comfortable with cold calling and engaging potential clients
