We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Admissions and Recruitment for our MBA programs. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and effective management for recruiting students to our MBA programs, working closely with the Assistant Dean and other stakeholders to achieve enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and oversee the recruitment strategy to attract a diverse and talented student body.
- Represent the university to prospective students, academic institutions, corporate partners, and at events, identifying new opportunities to build relationships that will promote and support enrollment.
- Chair admissions and scholarship committees, and oversee the efficient processing of admissions applications through process development and improvement.
- Serve as a member of the Admissions Leadership Team, using data to present market intelligence and proactive strategies to guide decision-making.
- A master's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Significant experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, or a similar industry.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and proficiency in using web conferencing tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated success in meeting recruitment or sales goals and proven customer service and relationship management skills.
- Experience using analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to set goals and drive performance.
- Master of Business Administration or other business degree.
- Experience in higher education and comprehensive knowledge of academic programs, including curricula, admissions requirements, and financial aid programs.
- Knowledge of international markets and previous successful experience generating revenue through online initiatives and/or graduate business school admissions.
