About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team at EZCORP. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them find the perfect items, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Process sales, loans, and extensions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform opening and closing store duties, including counting cash and preparing deposits.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
