Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our inbound team based in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask and manage time effectively, and exhibit a high degree of professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers and sales representatives.
  • Maintain company standards to ensure high-quality service and build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat purchasing.
  • Provide website login and order information to customers and sales representatives.
  • Navigate proprietary software to process faxed, emailed, and web-submitted orders, analyze back-order reports, fill backorders, and process payment information.
  • Complete new account setups using our proprietary software, identify, assess, and maintain follow-up on customer queries, and issue return authorizations and process credits.
  • Generate and effectively communicate reports to provide to customers or representatives, attend required departmental meetings, and coordinate with internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters.
  • Provide customers/representatives with accurate shipping quotes and services, and possess the ability to organize and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures, and ability to remain professional and courteous with customers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of related work experience in a customer-oriented environment.
