Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Staffmark Group. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing insurance denials and taking appropriate action to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review insurance denials and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Assist clients with billing-related inquiries and ensure their questions are answered and problems are resolved
  • Run daily balancing reports and post insurance and client payments
  • Provide training and guidance to team members as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in billing, financial, or medical billing fields
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Excel and Word
