Job Title: Sales Representative

About the Role:

GLORY is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base, researching new business opportunities, and supervising a small team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track sales activity, client interactions, and team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
