About the Apprenticeship

This 3-year apprenticeship program will provide you with hands-on experience in the retail industry. You will learn about the entire process of goods and all tasks in the supermarket, from receiving and stocking to customer service and sales.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals
