Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience in our offices.
  • Register patients, verify insurance information, and collect payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient flow.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling referrals, and managing supply inventories.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of customer service or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Intermediate level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and electronic health records.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
