Patient Services Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers. You will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- Work collaboratively with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic health records
