About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brow Waxing Expert to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a key member of our Brow Bar, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, providing expert brow waxing and tinting services, and driving sales growth through personalized consultations and product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring every interaction is personalized, engaging, and memorable.
  • Perform high-quality brow waxing and tinting services, adhering to Ulta Beauty's standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and services, sharing knowledge with guests and colleagues to drive sales and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Experience Manager to achieve sales goals, optimize store operations, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology or esthetics license preferred.
  • Experience in brow waxing, tinting, and related services; proficiency with equipment and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
