Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional car wash and detailing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Power-wash vehicles prior to entering the car wash and dry vehicles exiting the car wash
  • Thoroughly clean the interior of vehicles by vacuuming and wiping down all interior components
  • Master all interior services, including shampooing, waxing, and other specialty services
  • Sweep, mop, and pick up trash in the car wash and detail shop
  • Clean restrooms and remove snow as needed
  • Perform light maintenance tasks to ensure the car wash and detail shop are in good working condition

Requirements

  • Full-time, Monday – Friday availability
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, and customer-focused environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service
  • A detail-oriented mindset and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments, and extreme temperature conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • A valid driver's license is preferred
