This position is responsible for handling phone calls in a fast-paced environment, providing accurate and timely information to guests, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will be working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Phone Handling: Answer and respond to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that guests feel valued and supported.
  • Guest Communication: Provide clear and concise information to guests, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable, willing to work varying shifts and meet the needs of our guests and team.
