New Grad RN Opportunity

UCHealth is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Women's Care team at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins. As a New Grad RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing top-notch care to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality at the point of care, adhering to AWHONN's and AACN's practice standards and certifications.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care models, including RNC-OB, C-EFM, NRP, and CCRN.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in women's health nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- At least 6 months of Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
