About the Role:- Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in a fast-paced hospital setting.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Participate in precepting new nurses and contributing to a positive learning environment.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of evidence-based care models and best practices.
